08/22/2011 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT JVALDEZ No violation ON SITE INSPECTION RESULTS: I DROVE THE PARK AND WAS PLEASED TO SEE THAT THE PARK IS WELL MAINTAINED AND IN A GOOD STATE OF POLICE. I DID NOTICE THAT THERE WERE A FEW VACANT UNITS, I DID CHECK TWO OF THEM AND THEY WERE SECURED AND CLEAN. THE PARK DOES HAVE A ROLL OFF STATION WITH TWO ROLL OFFS ON SITE. I SPOKE TO THE MAINTENANCE CREW WHICH STATED THAT THEY DO MONITOR THE PARK FOR TRASH ON A DAILY BASIS. THE POOL AREA IS SECURE AND VERY NICE. I CONTINUED MY INSPECTION AND SAW TWO RESIDENTS CUTTING THERE WEEDS I FOUND NO VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME. CLOSE CASE
