Recurring issue with illegal dumping in the alley between 4th St & 5th St between Euclid Ave & 1st Ave. mattresses, couches, tvs, furniture. Alley was cleaned once, but continuous issue. TPD officer Douglas badge #44173 and case #1107300561 responded to most recent incident. Container in alley is causing issue for large amounts of garbage to be illegally dumped. Informed caller to contact ESD regarding issue of container possibly being moved or relocated to curb side.
