08/02/2011 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Found a vacant residence with a gate to the rear yard missing. There was a pool in the rear yard however the pool was about 99% empty. There was a small amount of emerald green standing water. A check of TW records indicate that service was terminated 10-20-2010 for non-pay. Most likely the house is in foreclosure status. I am unable to check at this time as our access to PCRO is offline. Due to the minimal depth of the of the water in the pool, less than 18", securing is not required. I will however refer the green water to PC for the potential mosquito problem.
