THE LEAK CAUSED THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING TO SHIFT DUE TO PROLONGED WATER EXPOSURE. IN MAY 2011 FIRE DEPT CAME OUT HAD THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO BLDG M TURNED OFF BY TEP. APT COMPLEX HAD WATER SHUT OFF TO BLDG M AND ALL RESIDENTS IN BLDG M WERE RELOCATED TO VACANT APTS ON PROPERTY. MGMT IS CURRENTLY WORKING W/TRAVELRS INSURANCE AND GETTING ENGINEERING EVALULATIONS DONE TO BUILDING TO DETERMINE THE BEST WAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. ALL DOORS THAT COULD NOT SHUT WERE BOARDED SHUT AND ENTIRE BUILDING IS NOW VACANT. REQUESTED APT MGMT TO POST NO TRESPASSING SIGNS AND TO TAPE OFF STAIRS TO APT BLDG TO PREVENT ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS. BLDG O EXTERIOR DRYWALL NEAR UNIT 463 SMALL PORTION
