POWER PROPERTY
Description:
Pest control problem of carpenter ants, which destroy the wood in structures similar to the way termites do. We began seeing them about 2 months ago and the property management of our apartment, Power Properties, Inc, just got someone out to inspect the week of July 10th, 2011 and they treated it on July 18th, 2011. The damage was so extensive that when the exterminator sprayed the foam in one wall it came out the other side of the wall. Pieces of the wall also chipped and fell apart while the exterminator was trying to spray. We feel that this is a safety issue as well as a pest issue since the structure could be damaged much more than we know if we are having an infestation of carpenter ants. We have also had a problem with cockroaches.
