Water in my walls, landlord says need permission to enter other apt from neighbor. Roaches everywhere in my apt. possible mold. other res have not returned messages to owner, been 2 mos, no real action, save exterminators who sprayed, but has no effect on roach infestation. rent was current when reported to landlord 60+ days ago. Now I owe 1700.00 for having to live in roach hotel.
