Tree fell from complex blocking back door of resident's unit. Fallen tree reported to management, nothing has been doen for 2 days. Resident is older and has no way to cut large limb and remove from back door. She is unable to exit/enter the unit from the back door due to tree limb. Please call Irma before going to site to arrange time to meet. Also, tree limb may be removed by Monday 7/11/11.
