Mobile mini storage unit stored in parking. Unit is set-up in the middle parking spots. Unit makes it unsafe for residents to park and back up their vehicles. Hard to see around the structure. Also, lights are not turned on at night in the parking lot. Poles and lights are available, management just stopped turning on the lights after dark.
