Description:

Residents at the home at 2228 E. 2nd (and at 2222 E. 2nd Street) continuously throw trash in the alleyway between 2nd and Hawthorne. The refuse is not put in garbage bags or trash cans. The garbage includes smaller items (like papers, clothing, small kitchen stuff), yard waste, dog feces, and huge stuff like furniture. The big stuff has have been in the alleyway since at least March 15th. Attempts to contact the residents by letter have not done anything.
