There are two openings in the wall, one personal gate and double hung gate, both constructed of steel frames and infilled with sheet steel. There is no refuse violation. The water in the pool is chemically out of balance. I called the owner and left a message with her son that the water in the pool needed to be chemically corrected. Will follow up with 30 day NOV.
