A JMV RV is present in the middle of lot, with large sections and parts having been removed. Another RV is location along the east side of the lot which is connected by electrical from Royal Auto; occupant identified himself as Jim Renella, but would not provide a phone # (biz card was given to him); he was advised to vacate the lot within 7 days due to an RV being an illegal dwelling unit in this zone; he stated he had permission from PO Carmella Schivone (Chicago) as well as Steve from Royal, who is not the PO.
