Description:
Kitchen cupboards are tattered and falling with mold on side due to water damage in Febuary 2011. Air ducts spewing out debris and black particals. Front door is an inside door not suited for security with no deadbolt. Front porch support beams are rotted and eaten away by termites. Mold all over household windows. All household windows have been sealed shut with caulking and screws. Exposed and molding-rotting wood on baseboard on bathroom sink, leaking kitchen sink. Exposed electical outlet in kitchen.

The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Mechanical fans or portable evaporative cooling devices may only be used on a temporary basis as the sole source of cooling when the permanent cooling system is being repaired or replaced. |
