CASE REQUESTED BY ADMINISTRATOR T. WILLIAMS. TRAILER #14 TPD - Officer Dallas. Asked if we could try to inspect the interior of trailer #14. Concerned about the electrical outlets. He was called to the site for a wellness check. Said the owner turns off the electrical power from the meter when he doesn't need electricity. Officer believes the wiring may be bad and that's why he goes to this effort.
