Description:

Mold growing under the kitchen sink. The outside porch light wiring is messed up in all 4 units. When it rains, the water comes in the living room window causing the wall to crumble and mold. The owner is replaceing all duct work for the evap coolers because of prolonged water leaking from the roof into the duct work it has caused them to rust and mold is growing on the afters. He's having new drywall put up to cover the mold
