The fence that is at the perimeter of this property is dilapidated and falling down, Large metal pipes are not secured and bowing under their own weight, and in one place just sticking out. It appears maybe a car crashed into the fence. It has been this way for well over a year. The property owner has not made any attempt to fix the fence. Consequently, this area of the property is an empty lot where landscaping waste is occasionally piled up.
