Resident in unit H ran a jumper cable from breaker box of unit H, over to unit J to bring power to this unit. This was found and removed on 04/04/11 by Tucson Electric Power. The customer was not stealing from TEP since it was going through a metered service, therefore no charges were filed. This did create a hazardous condition.
