Description:

Rental unit. The last tenant's vacated the premises leaving large amounts of trash and household furniture and other items along the street easement of San Ricardo Blvd, and in the front & back yards. Bulk and Brushy pickup had already taken place when tenants left stuff on the easement. Neighborhood residents threw the stuff into the yard because they were tired of it being out in the street. Owner needs to clean this mess up immediately.
