PROPERTY APPEARS TO BE A RENTAL. REAR BEDROOM WILL NEED TO BE DEMOLISHED, RAFTERS AND STUDS REMOVED. A FULL SET OF PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR REHAB OF DWELLING. ONWER ARRIVED ON SCENE. OWNER SIGNED NOV AND IS SECURING DWELLING. UNIT IS CODEMEND, AND POSTED. FOLLOW-UP WITH AREA INSPECTOR IN 30 DAYS FOR PERMITS.
