STOP AND FOUND WHERE THE STEEL SUPPORT COLUMN WAS REMOVED FROM THE FOOTING AND IN THE AIR. THE STEEL COLUMN SUPPORTED A CORNER STEEL LINTEL FOR MASONRY ABOVE A WINDOW OPENING ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. T.F.D. SHOWED AND CHECK THE MAIN STRUCTURE ON THE ROOF AND ALL WAS OK. THE BRICK IN THE AREA OF IMPACT HAS CRACKS IN THE FRONT AND SIDES WHERE THE BRICK HAS SPERATED BUT ON TOP OF THE STEEL LINTEL. BATHCREST WAS CALLED TO SITE TO PUT 4 X 4 TO SUPPORT THE STEEL LINTEL. ONCE THE 4 X 4 WERE IN PLACED THE CASE WAS GIVEN TO MARTIN ROMERO. RV. I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM CONTROL A FOR CAR THROUGH BUILDING, ARRIEVAL ON SITE WAS TPD AND RICHARD V.. COMM. BUILDING WITH GLASS FRONT WINDOWSBRICK PARAPIT. NORTH CORNER POST STEEL SUPPORT COLUMN DISLODGED BY CAR. NORTH CORNER OF ROOF, BRICKS DILODGED FROM STEEL LINTEL ALLOWING FOR ROOF TO DROP SOME. FRONT SIDE OF BUS. ARE GLASS WINDOWS. INTERIOR CRACKING IN FRONT PORTION OF BUILDING. TEP CALLED OUT TO PULL METER DUE TO STRUCTUAL DAMAGE . BATHCREST CALLED OUT TO SECURE & SUPPORT CORNER POST. 4 X 4 POSTS BEING USED AT CORNER. INTERIOR OF BUILDING HAS PLYWOOD BEING USED TO SO AS NOT TO ALLOW ACCESS FROM THE TENANT IN 842 TO GET ACCESS. UNIT IS CONDEMNED AND POSTED, NOV GIVEN TO OWNER AND SIGNED.

ACTIVITY # T11CM01080 PERMIT FINAL FOR REPAIR VEHICLE DAMAGE, ALL INSPECTIONS APROVED AND COPY IN FILE.
