Referral from DSD on 2/11/2011: Verizon Wireless Store - Flags, balloon & an A-frame to be removed immediately. DSD informed staff they could not place Verizon flags, A-Frame w/ balloons & animated balloon in P.R.O.W. They did remove while I was there. Informed owner he could permit A-frame on private property but could use flags & animated balloon. As of today (2/22/2011) they have placed all violations back out in the public right of way & also have a balloon on roof top w/o permits. A-frame & balloons are blocking exit of drive on Kolb Road.
