Neighbors across the street have several vehicles, 7 or 8 at a time, that they park obstructing our driveway. we have requested of them to refrain from doing this, but they do not. they constantly have traffic going in and out of their house and they create an unsafe environment by doing \\\"burnouts\\\" in the neighborhood and speeding with their annoyingly loud cars that disrupt the quiet late at night.
