Description:

Kirby Vacuum repeatedly leaves excessive trash (cups, cans, bottles, cigarette butts) in parking lot where it blows next door and into our lot. Though there is a dumpster on their premises, they do not use it and leave litter loose in parking lot and front easement instead. This is a nuisance, an eyesore and bad for local business.
