Description:

In the alley there is excessive weed and vegetation growth. There is also cut, dried, dead vegetation and wood stacked in the alley as well. Resident drains pool on a regular basis into the alley. This is the reason for the overgrowth. Caller was going to call City Stormwater as well. When pool is drained it floods the alley.
