There was a portable BB hoop however it was in the front yard at the time of inspection. I would speculate that it is located to the street area for children to play and then moved to the yard afterwards and was most likely forgotten when the complainant reported the alleged violation. Nevertheless there was no obstruction at the time of inspection. Case colse no verify.
