01/21/2011 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved As usual the complaint does not fit the site. There is a neatly stacked pile of vegetation trimmings along the east side of the property. It appears that there was some clean up work done at the property recently. The house is a rental home and it is very likely the owner(s) are preparing for a new tenant. The debris is covered with tarps and well contained and not posing any kind of threat of public safety and or health. I'll attempt to contact the owner to determine when the clean up will be completed prior to issuing an NOV. Follow up in 2 weeks to determine if NOV is even necessary.
