12/23/2010 VIOL - MEANS OF EGRESS NSPRENGE Approved Anonymous caller complained about blocked exit door inside McDonalds at the Walmart. Upon inspection, the West exit was blocked by a bread cart, the exit path from the kitchen to the exit door in the diner was blocked by another bread cart, and the kitchen exit door width was blocked on the kitchen side ( egress side) by a trash can and boxes. IFC 2006 1028.2 - Required exit accesses, exits, and exit discharges shall be continuously maintained free from obstructions or impediments to full instant use. The manager removed obstacles immediately. Notice of violation was signed and given. Manager agrees to keep exits unblocked.
