10/20/2010 VIOL - PRECAUTION AGAINST FIRE JLOYA Violation 308.3.1.1 Liquefied-petroleum-gas-fueled cooking devices. LP-gas burners having an LP-gas container with a water capacity greater than 2.5 pounds [nominal 1 pound (0.454 kg) LP-gas capacity] shall not be located on combustible balconies or within 10 feet (3048 mm) of combustible construction.
10/20/2010 VIOL - TIRE REBUILDING/STORAGE JLOYA Violation 2505.4 Distance from lot lines and buildings. Tire storage piles shall be located at least 50 feet (15 240 mm) from lot lines and buildings. Exception #1: For existing storage before August 4, 2004 individual piles not exceeding 5,000 square feet (464.5m²) of continuous area shall be located 10 feet (3048.3 mm) from buildings and lot lines for storage not exceeding 6 feet (1829 mm) in height.
