08/17/2010 INSP - FULL jdavis Approved There was a lock box on the door. However, it was not a TFD approved box. I spoke with Engine 12 they were not aware of the code on the box. It turns out that the box was installed by Lifeline and anytime the engine company needed to enter based on an alarm being initiated to them they would provide the code. Fire Alarm did have the code in their database. I was able to open the box and give the key to the owner.
