July 24-27 stayed at the Days inn Room 217. ... Noticed that there was no Smoke detector in the room. The base was there but the wires were exposed and no alarm unit was present. They spoke with the desk clerk and brought the issue to their attention. He said the desk clerk sort of blew him off.
