07/20/2010 INSP - LIFE SAFETY BCORRALE Approved Resonded to address on Friday 7/16. Manager on duty stated that spill kit was in closet, which it was. I advised Manager to train all employees in spill mitigation and fuel system shutoff immediately. This training will take place immediately, and all employees shall be trained. Upon re-inspection of dispenser #4, the nozzle leaked. Nozzle was replaced and back in service evening of 7/16.
