On 7-14-10, a re-inspection was conducted and the following International Fire Code 2003 Violation(s) was noted: Currently this home is part of a triplex residential building, creating close housing and high exposure to surrounding housing. The front yard is filed almost entirely with items, such as but not limited to: combustible material, hazardous materials, and un used vehicles. DUE TO THE SMALL AREA, this material is also impeding the exit from this building and creating a unnecessary exposure hazard.. These hazards also include the backyard.. All dried vegetation shall be removed from property. All excess combustible material shall be removed from property. The Tucson Fire Code states; 304.1 Waste accumulation prohibited. Combustible waste material creating a fire hazard shall not be allowed to accumulate in buildings or structures or upon premises. 304.1.1 Waste material. Accumulations of wastepaper, wood, hay, straw, weeds, litter or combustible or flammable waste or rubbish of any type shall not be permitted to remain on a roof or in any court, yard, vacant lot, alley, parking lot, open space, or beneath a grandstand, bleacher, pier, wharf, manufactured home, recreational vehicle or other similar structure.
