the issue is that the public can enter the bld but if you exit into an interior courtyard you cannot then re enter any of the blds, basically you are trapped int the courtyard complainant is Brigtta Harper 360-7808 leave a meesage on her cell and she will return your call.

However, the Frie code says that these items can be "revoked for due cause." Being that so many adults and children have been locked in these areas I have required thumb-latch deviced as opposed to double-key locking devices. All items now abated. |
