Description:

Marilee 343-2094 called regarding Sam's Club- they are remodeling their cafe and in the meanwhile are using a grill to cook outside, she noticed they don't have a fire extinguisher (she asked the cook where it was and he said he wasn't sure where it was), a worker was standing with her back up against the grill, was wearing a hairnet that hung down caller was afraid she would get set on fire. Feels it is a very dangerous fire hazard in the area that they are grilling. Wants it checked out.
