05/19/2010 INSP - FULL EGriffin Violation Currently the fire suppression report for the kitchen extinguishing system indicates the system interconnection to the fire suppression system does NOT include all appliances or cooking equipment. This must be corrected or equipment shall be removed. SEE REPORT. The following Tucson Fire Code states: 904.3.3 System interlocking. Automatic equipment interlocks with fuel shutoffs, ventilation controls, door closers, window shutters, conveyor openings, smoke and heat vents, and other features necessary for proper operation of the fire-extinguishing system shall be provided as required by the design and installation standard utilized for the hazard. Report shall be re-submitted and WITH all deficiencies corrected.
