Anonymous caller re: Issue of serious structural concerns being handled by Community Services and DSD. e-mail response from Rick Saldate- owners have been in the process of making necessary repairs, have a structural engineer monitoring the safety and necessary work to be conducted. Engineer also working with DSD they have approved the installed shoring/stabilization of areas in question and working with the engineer to approve repair plans.. f/u in December did not identify any new concerns such as compromised structural members.
