Residents have a collection of furniture items in the front yard. Couches, cabinets, and bookcases, as well as other trash/debris. Garage door has fallen off the track, and is lying near the garage. Graffiti inside the garage can be seen from the street. This site is a repeat offender. Caller also states the recycling bin has been left at the curb for 6 months. He was given the ES call center phone number.
