Description:

On site is a pre-fab home that sits on too small a swatch of land. It is even smaller since the sidewalk was added. Owner had to take their gate down because it swung out onto Columbus Street. There is an abundance of garbage all over this open "parking" area that borders Columbus Blvd. In there you will also find at least one mattress or box springs. It appears more "stuff" may be stored outside this home, but it is mostly on the other side of a small fence, so this additional stuff may not be an issue. 2nd concern received.
