The complainant left a message on my office line regarding the bucket. She said "somebody" told her there was "poison" in the bucket. I drove by the address and witnessed a single white plastic 5 gallon bucket with a lid on it located on the lot. There were a few, very few, weeds on the lot as well. I left a message with the owner of the vacant lot and awaiting a return call at which time I will explain to her what she needs to do. I will not be sending a NOV at this time and this case will be closed as it is not the correct address.
