Description:

The Speedway Jiffy Lube ocation has steel poles in the ground with banners conected to them. This is a hazard to any person that walks by and my trip and impail themself. Also the Broadway and Prudance location has some kind of string type flags tied to a city tellephone pole. As a tax paying business operator and I have to watch what and how I advertise. This company is thowing our city code in your face. I am sure every Jiffy Lube shop has failed to pay for these permits due to the signs are never removed. Some of these Jiffy Lube Shops look like a Circus.
