Parcel and structures are located in the El Presidio Historic district and are listed as contributing. Structures have severe dilapidation to the exterior and interior including but not limited to roof, walls, adobe, doors, supporting beams, etc. Further dilapidation is imminent because the structure is not sufficiently protected from the elements and is in danger of collapse due to this. Extensive repair and renovation or demolition of the structures is needed.
05/18/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE LPUMPHRE Approved Followup inspection to determine compliance with the requirements of the approved stabilization plans for these structures. Owner needed to seal dormers, repair adobe coving on the exterior walls, and board the structure, painting the boards to blend into walls. Inspection confirms all three requirements were complete.
