11/18/2010 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | LPUMPHRE | Approved | Visted property and spoke to three occupants who had been allowed to stay at property by the owner. Owner had been taken to St. Joe's for depression issues per occupants. Tested water, is not on. Navaline confirms the account was closed 9/28/10 and has a final bill of over $2500. Electric service is also off. Occupants, who stated they were homeless, were advised that a reinspection would occur on Monday and that they must find other occupany before that time or the owner would need to reinstate utilities, which is unlikely at this point in time. Property will be posted with a Notice and secured if necessary. Will attempt to contact owner via St. Joe's. |
11/22/2010 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | LPUMPHRE | Approved | Inspection show the three occupants were still on the property; owner was not present. TPD was called, but occupants left. All doors and gates locked. Structure was posted with a Notice to vacant- cannot occupy until utilities are turned back on. Vegetation over 6" is present on property, along with dilapidated fence panels on south side that do not affect security to abutting property (they have chain link). Pool has stagnant water. |
