Numerous cracks in the masonry walls, roof eaves are missing on about 30% of the eave surface exposed to the elements and the remaining eaves are unpainted and severely deteriorated and rotting. The overall condition of the premise is wrought with weeds, debris, trash, garbage and untended vegetation. There is graffiti on the rear (north) side of the dwelling. There is an unpermitted/illegal addition to the rear of the main dwelling which is badly deteriorated on the interior as well as exterior. The interior of the dwelling is littered with large amounts of refuse, trash, debris, clothing, broken and damaged furniture and appliances. Most likely there is an insect problem on the interior as well as a potential rodent problem. The water utility was terminated for NON-PAY on 09-19-2006 and there has been no active account since that time. It shall be presumed the house was abandoned and has remained vacant and neglected since that time. I will issue a VANS NOV to the listed owner and include the CDBG application.
