11/01/2010 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GGOODMAN Approved Checked P+ before visiting the property, found no permits for the garage. Then visited site, could not get onto the property as front gate, and gate at driveway to garage were locked. Tried contacting owner who later called back and mentioned property was foreclosed on and he has not lived in the property for 6 months, he received a letter from Bank of America stating they would pick up the property in two months. Spoke with Tracy Williams who asked I explain to the owner next door our policy on foreclosed properties and that abatement will not occur until we have a new owner and can serve that owner with a NOV.
