08/15/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE DCOX Approved Follow up inspection today revealed the property in a greater state of disarray. There are piles of garbage, trash, debris, fire debris, junked car, as well as immediate access into the property through a temporary fence. The owner activated a Demolition permit on 07-12-2011 yet no action has been taken to clean up the property and demolish the dilapidate, dangerous, burnt-out structure. The potential for personal injury to anyone who enters the property is great. Furthermore the potential for insect and rodent infestation is great due to the extent of the time the refuse and debris has been allowed to remain on the premises. I called the owner to inquire about the demolition however had to leave a message on a voicemail. I'm awaiting a response.
