Front door not installed correctly. Split door jambs. Wrought iron screen door not installed correctly and falling off. Porch roof and rafters/beams are split and coming apart.carcks in porch walls running length of corner, ceiling to floor.crack in outside wall in stucco. Interior wall has bolts pushing thru dry wall. Steps to upstairs apartments have large cracks. Interior dry wall has water damage /dry wall bowing in places. Secruity door has damage frame door does not close and latch properly.inside door handle is against door jamb making it hard to grasp door handle to open the door. Rafters/beams have water damage and are pulling loose from hanger strap.
