Description:

Repeat offender. Resident parks white trailer on the sidewalk area. Trailer is visually offensive and makes it difficult to walk where a sidewalk would normally be. Parcel is on the corner, trailer obstructs the view of traffic. Resident also parks an older truck in the front as well. Truck and trailer seem to move at different times. Both block view of traffic and are eye sores. Truck & trailer move after an inspection, and then come back out to the front within a month.
