Description:

The buildings are infested with roaches, termites and bedbugs. Plumbing acts up all the time and even the maintenance people say it's not to code. Same with the building construction too. They have fenced off pool areas where the fence is about to fall kids hop into the pool area with ease. Talk to residents of the apartments for more details. They have been told by pest control companies to tent the buildings, but instead switch companies or go without. 10-13-2010 This office recivied a number of calls from the occupants at 300 and 306 E Navajo Rd for the stairs not being secured to the wall and the hand railing that is to keep people from walking off the porch is very lose and needs to have the bolts titin or replaced. The ceiling on all floors has leaks over the porchs and needs to be repaired.
