Case Details

Status:

COMPLIAN

Type:

RES: VACANT & ABANDONED

Entered Date:

09/24/2010

Applicant:

WELLS FARGO BANK

Description:

This is a vacant property and has been for 2 or 3 years now. There is now tall grass and weeds around 3 sides of the property, including an easement in the rear. According to the notice seen on the door a number of months ago, the property should have been sold at auction. Not sure if that happened or not, but someone or some company must own this by now. This is also the address where the pool was used for a skate park and it was graffitied (in the pool) and someone poured motor oil in the pool.
