Description:
The backyard faces the street and is bordered by a chain link fence, so all of the weeds and junk are clearly seen from the street by the neighbors. There is now a large branch broken off one of the trees, but is not fully separated from the tree. This is at the NW corner of the lot near the curb. It is brown, so appears to have been broken for at least a few weeks.
