Overgrown weeds, grass and bushes in all common areas, electrical wires sticking out of ground northeast corner of building, dog feces on all areas especially southern corner of property (not picked up in a timely manner), exit doors on eastern portion of building not always working properly and sharp bent edges on bottom of doors, parking lot light out for over a month, cockroach infestation (mostly in apts.), garbadge and old appliances in yard by pool and wheelbarrow with dead trimmings and stagnant water at times left out for over a month (under bushes by pool).
